The fifth album by excellent metalcore artists from California, who have so far sold nearly a million albums in their homeland and have become one of the main representatives of the trend. "Defy", the successor to the excellent "Cold World" from 2016, was produced by legendary producer Howard Benson (Motśrhead, My Chemical Romance, Papa Roach, POD). This material is much sharper and more brutal than its predecessors, and is also a bitter commentary on the reality around us. The album "Defy" was promoted by the song "Back To Me". "This is an important piece for us. When important changes take place in life, whether it is the loss of a loved one or growing up, it is easy to feel that we are losing a part of ourselves, that we will never fully be ourselves again. However, we have to persevere and find the true belt, then we can always get back together," says vocalist and bassist Aaron Pauley, who joined the band in 2016. The song, like the previous single "Unbreakable", is intended to help fans get through difficult times.
